Rates & Information First Time Clean/ Standard Clean/ One Time Clean: $40 Per total hours Deep Clean/ Move in/out Clean: $45 Per total hours *We also clean Vacation Rentals* First Time Clean/ Standard Clean/ One Time Clean: *Clean includes the basic cleaning: *Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning floors, countertops, mirrors, windows (if needed) toilets, sinks, bath tubs, shower/glass doors, and exterior of appliances and cabinets. Deep Clean/ Move in/out Clean: *Clean includes deeper cleaning - *All of the above, and, interior of appliances, polishing, light fixtures, wall spot -mark removal, removal of trash from room trash bins, (*making beds, laundry, dishes upon request*) *Making Beds: All that is needed to make bed must be provided at time of clean and waiting for us to use. EXTRAS *Laundry can be washed/dried/piled: $50 *Dishes washed: $50 *Dishes washed and loaded into clean dishwasher: $40 *Dishwasher unloaded onto counter, then dirty dishes loaded: $30 Inside of Appliances: *Oven: $30 *Refrigerator: $50 *Fridge/Freezer Combo: $75 (will need to be unplugged/thawed out first) Products: *All cleaning supplies are provided, and some may have harsh chemicals. **Non-toxic supplies can be used upon request** |
